In my previous role, I handled various finance and accounting tasks crucial for business operations. This included preparing client quotations and invoices using the Wave Accounting system. I managed revenue collection and credit management, ensuring prompt client payments. I maintained accurate expense records, both through petty cash and QuickBooks. Additionally, I completed other assigned finance tasks and oversaw weekly and monthly team expenses. I conducted bank reconciliations and organized financial documents and receipts, including payment vouchers.
